ART FOR ALL can change these Terms of Use at any given moment. Visitors are advised to check the Privacy Policy page for any changes in Terms of Use.

ART FOR ALL pledges to safeguard the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic information about our customers and users, including data needed to do business and inform customers, as well as in the goal of providing a quality service. Our users can, at any given moment, request to have their data deleted. Only legally necessary data regarding invoices and bookkeeping will be kept. ART FOR ALL and all its employees are responsible for respecting the privacy of our customers.

Confidential transaction data protection

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank Belgrade, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.

Refunds

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, ART FOR ALL is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods. Meaning that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Ordering and payment

  1. You can order our products very easily through our website. If during the ordering something is not clear to you or you have any questions, feel free to contact us at marija.artforall@gmail.com and we will answer as soon as possible.
  2. When viewing the product, click the “Add to Cart” button. After ordering the first product, you can continue shopping or, if you have selected everything you want, click on the “view cart” button, and then “Proceed to checkout” which will redirect you to the page where you need to enter your information.
  3. At any time, by clicking on the basket icon, you can view the products you have selected and make a change if necessary.
  4. Payment is made exclusively in dinars (RSD),through payment cards.

Shipping and limitations

We provide worldwide shipping.

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic message confirming the order as well as delivery details, if you do not receive the message it means that the order has not been confirmed. In that case, visit the site again and check if the products are still in the basket and confirm the purchase. We need you and us to receive an email with the purchase order. If this does not happen, contact us at marija.artforall@gmail.com, to check where the error occurred.

The seller is not responsible for the inability to deliver the goods to the customer due to circumstances that are the fault of the customer (unavailability of the customer, incorrectly entered personal data of the customer in the purchase order, etc.)

Exchange rate statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
